TillGreen

Terms

These Terms apply specifically to the reservation application available at app.tillgreen.eu. They govern browsing public fisheries, account usage, owner operations, uploads, and reservation activity within the app.

1. Scope of the service

The application is a digital platform for presenting fisheries and related rural assets, managing spots and availability, and enabling reservation workflows.

Some modules, payment flows, or integrations may be visible as previews, staged features, or limited-access functionality.

2. Accounts and roles

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions performed through their account.

Owner and admin capabilities are role-restricted. Access may be approved, suspended, or revoked if misuse, fraud, or platform risk is detected.

3. Reservation information

Asset, spot, species, pricing, and availability data is presented to help users make booking decisions, but availability can change over time and may be updated by owners or administrators.

A reservation is not guaranteed unless the relevant flow has been successfully completed and confirmed by the system.

Some fisheries may expose claim or suggested-change workflows. Ownership transfer or content updates are effective only after explicit admin approval.

4. Owner content and uploads

Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of descriptions, prices, species metadata, spot images, layout images, equirectangular images, and other uploaded content.

Content must not infringe rights, contain unlawful material, or mislead users about the actual asset or booking conditions.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to disrupt the application, bypass authorization, scrape data at abusive scale, upload malicious files, or interfere with bookings or availability records.

The service may block, throttle, or remove access where abuse or security threats are detected.

6. Payments and pricing

If payments are enabled, payment terms, booking windows, and any applicable fees will be shown in the product flow at the relevant time.

Where payments are disabled or mocked in the current environment, references to payment are informational only.

7. Intellectual property

The application, code, interface, and TillGreen branding remain protected intellectual property except where third-party rights or open-source licenses apply.

Users keep rights to content they lawfully upload, but grant the service the limited operational right to store, process, and display that content within the platform.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an ongoing best-effort basis. We may update, suspend, or change features to maintain security, infrastructure stability, or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TillGreen is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, interrupted access, or owner-provided content inaccuracies.

9. Termination and moderation

Accounts, assets, or uploads may be limited, unpublished, or removed if they violate law, these Terms, or the operational safety of the service.

Administrative decisions may include suspension of owner privileges, rejection of assets, deletion of unlawful content, and accepting or rejecting asset claim requests and suggested changes.

10. Contact and updates

These Terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the application after an update means acceptance of the current version.
