This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the app.tillgreen.eu reservation application. It explains what data we process when users browse fisheries, create accounts, submit owner applications, manage assets, send messages, and make or manage reservations.

2. What data we process

We process account data such as email address, encrypted password, role, owner approval status, and language preference.

For reservations and owner workflows we also process asset details, spot configuration, uploaded images, availability settings, booking history, technical logs, and contact form submissions.

When claim or suggested-change workflows are used, we process request details, requester identity, previous ownership metadata, moderation decisions, and related timestamps.

3. Why we process data

We process data to provide authentication, account security, owner onboarding, asset management, reservation handling, support communication, abuse prevention, and service diagnostics.

If payments are enabled in the future, payment-related data will be processed only to complete checkout and reconcile transactions.

Claim and suggestion data is processed to route requests to administrators, approve or reject ownership changes, and notify users about outcomes.

4. Uploaded media and owner content

Owners may upload layout images, spot photos, and equirectangular images. These files are stored to present asset information and support booking decisions.

Users uploading media should avoid including unnecessary personal data or embedded metadata that they do not want to publish.

5. Cookies and session data

The app uses essential cookies and browser storage for session handling, authentication state, booking flow state, and interface preferences such as language.

These mechanisms are used to keep the app working correctly and are not intended for third-party advertising.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application or support email and payment functionality when those features are enabled.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to operate the service, secure the environment, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Retention

Account, owner, asset, and reservation data is stored for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain auditability, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security requirements.

Support messages and logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or information about how the data is used.

You may also object to certain processing activities and file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

9. Security

The application uses HTTPS, authentication controls, role-based permissions, and operational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but the service is designed to minimize exposure and protect production data.
